We will work with you to understand your audit scope, who will be involved, what items will be assessed and your desired timing. Once this is confirmed, we will agree with you on the technology mix that is best suited for your scope of certification.
It is also important to test your internet connection, enable your video and audio, and prepare access levels as required before the audit.
Maintaining confidentiality and data integrity are key aspects of remote audits. The audit team will confirm that access to any confidential documents, images, records and databases is removed at the end of the audit round.
